Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Accounting Staff)
Starting Rate: $4 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with at least 5 years of account-related experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in QuickBooks and have worked with a U.S. client as an accounting representative or staff for at least one year. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial records accurately.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.

Assist in accounts payable and receivable tasks.

-

Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.

Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.

Provide general administrative support such as data entry, email management, and document organization.

Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and team members.

Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-

Must be a college graduate (any accounting, finance, or business-related course is a plus).

At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Minimum 1-year experience working with a U.S. client as an accounting representative or staff.

Proficient in QuickBooks with at least 3 years of experience using it (certifications are a plus).

Strong knowledge of financial processes and data management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Work-from-Home (WFH) Requirements:

A desktop or laptop (MacBooks & mobile devices are not allowed).

Primary and backup work devices must have at least a Ryzen 5 or Intel i5 processor.

Dual monitors are required for efficient multitasking.

A backup work device is necessary to ensure business continuity.

Stable internet connection with backup options.
